Buy it in your local bookstore. Otherwise you can also buy it in Waterstones, Hatchards, BlackWells, etc.

Blackwells usually dispatch it within 7 days (plus 2-4 days for delivery in UK). Many other gentle local bookshops like Seven Oaks get the book in 10 days (even it doesn't appear in their catalog).
