Brown tahini (from roasted sesame)
Glasses, blender, pot, infrared thermometer (optional).
Prepare the isotonic sea water, mixing one small glass of pure sea water with three small glasses of fresh water.
Put in a blender the isotonic water and a tablespoon of brown tahini. Blend.
Heat the mixture into a pot. If you want to keep the best benefits of the drink, measure the temperature while stirring and stop heating before 44º C (111º F).
It tastes rather similar to a coffee.
